The grocery store business began around 1921 when George Geifman, a non-English-speaking Russian immigrant, bought out the stock of a small grocery store in downtown Davenport.\u00a0 Over the years it has transformed into a commercial real estate development and management company.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the tenants are a variety of nationally and locally owned businesses.\u00a0 The company continues to expand across the area, serving an increasing number of tenants and their customers improving the Quad Cities one corner at a time.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the company is run by Steve Geifman the fourth generation to lead the company.
